Denali Property Management (DPM) is seeking qualified applicants to fill a variety of full time or part time sales / Property Management position for our company. If you would like to join a team dedicated to providing quality services, please contact us.

Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic with strong selling, marketing, customer service, good written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in Real Estate sales or Property Management a plus.

  1. DPM offers three types of compensation plans
    • An aggressive full commission plan
    • Salary plus commission (commissions are much less aggressive)

  2. DPM is looking for an aggressive individual to find new condominium opportunities and develop a sales program collaterals
  3. Regular inspections of all properties managed by DPM
  4. Meet with customers to ascertain needed repairs or enhancements
  5. Meet with contractors to obtain estimates for work needed
  6. Project manage all ongoing construction jobs
  7. Update DPM management on progress of jobs
  8. Be available to customers for questions or concerns regarding the property
  9. Run Condo Board meetings


Property Manager / Construction Manager

DPM is seeking a qualified Property Manager / Construction Manager to perform the following tasks:

  1. Regular inspections of all properties managed by DPM
  2. Meet with customers to ascertain needed repairs or enhancements
  3. Meet with contractors to obtain estimates for work needed
  4. Project manage all ongoing construction jobs
  5. Update DPM management on progress of jobs
  6. Be available to customers for questions or concerns regarding the property

Ideal candidate is someone retired from the construction field or someone with 10 years of experience in all phases of construction. The individual needs to have the ability to assess a problem with the property and bring in the proper contractors to bid/fix the problem.
